I’m a physician and a mom to three daughters—all diagnosed with celiac disease after one began showing symptoms. Testing her led to testing her sisters—and then myself. We all had it.
Now, inspired by their experience, our family created this platform to help other families navigate life with celiac through trusted food, education, and support.
What started as a mother’s search for answers became a family mission.

Why we started
When our own family was navigating diagnosis, conflicting information, and endless food label reading, we realized there was no single place that offered science-backed guidance and real-world support. So we built it—for our kids, and now for yours.
Our Services
Celiac Screening
Our plan is to offer screening tests to Forida residents and can coordinate referrals to Board-Certified Primary Care Physicians and Gastroenterologists if positive.
Resources & Education
